Clear Browsing Data
- Click three dots
- Select "More Tools"
- Select "Clear Browsing Data"
- Be sure to choose "All Time" in the drop down menu, and then click clear
- Close all browsing windows and then reopen the tab that was problematic
Reset Settings
- Click three dots
- Select Settings
- Scroll to the bottom, click Advanced, scroll to the bottom of the page
- Select Reset Content and settings
